A. REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION

1. Admission in Infant Jesus School is on a first - come, first serve basis.

2. Before the year ends reservation is made to determine the number of old students and who will continue in Infant Jesus School.

3. The reservation will determine the slots available for new students according to the capacity of the school.

4. Registration period is announced through a prospectus available at the business office.

5. Slots for old students who fail to enroll on the cut - off date specified by the school will be given to new participants. Penalty shall be imposed for late enrollment without reservation.

6. The school reserves the right to reject the students application for admission based on moral, academic and other grounds.


B. REQUIREMENTS

Preschool
1. At least with the following minimum age by June.
   Junior Casa - 3 years old       Advanced Casa - 5 years old
   Senior Casa - 4 years old

2. Birth and Baptismal Certificates (original and photocopy)

3. Interview

4. Preschool Readiness Test


Grade One

1. At least 6 years old by June of the school year.

2. Certificate of Attendance and Completion of Preschool Education.

3. Birth or Baptismal Certificate (Certified Photocopy)

4. Preschool Achievement Test


First Year High School

1. Form 138 (Report Card)

2. Admission Test

3. Certificate of Good Moral Character

4. Interview


Transferees from other Schools

1. Form 138 (Report Card)

2. Admission Test

3. Interview

4. Certificate of Good Moral Character

5. Undertaking (for high school only)
