The previous Institutional Development Plans (1995-2000, 2000-2005, 2005-2010) brought significant improvements both in quantitative and qualitative aspects of the school. From humble beginning, we dream big and we are going to that direction slowly but surely.

   In order to sustain the development effort that has been started, the school now embarks on TRANSFORMATIVE EDUCATION as inspired by St. John Baptist De La Salle - Teaching Minds, Touching Hearts and Transforming Lives. There will be a schoolwide Strategic Planning with all stakeholders (BOT, faculty & staff, parents, alumni) to actively involve. This will result into the formulation of another Five-Year Development Plan (2010-2015) that will give direction to the school in the next five years.
